Are these Warts? I honestly don't know

Wondering if anyone has had warts similar to these. They don’t exactly look like to other photos I’ve seen of genital warts. They also have the same texture as the skin surrounding them, and they are very flexible / not rigid as I have been led to believe most warts are. Could they be skin tags or papules?

What exactly is the tell-tale sign that these are warts and not say skin tags?

skin tags are look like a deflated balloon on a stalk

warts are irregular and bumpy skin tags are smooth

I’ve set an appointment, but I’m still hoping that it’s not warts. They’re certainly smooth to the touch.

id just go to your appointment and see wat they say might turn out to be nothing even if its warts they just remove them its no big issue
