I haven't had any sexual intercourse for over 7 months and I've only discovered these now. They were not there before, probably happened in a week. I have been masturbating a lot and i use a rough cloth to clean up the mess afterwards. They don't hurt nor itch, i tried squeezing one of them when i found it and nothing came out, it only left a small scar due to pressure. Please help
