Have you had any sexual contact with anyone?
If yes, I would want to rule out the possibility that these were an HPV related wart

I have been seeing this bump for about 4 months now..there is no growth here.

Unfortunately warts are not always straight forward to recognise - the only safe thing to do as you received oral sex is to go get tested
