Hello, i had some scratching in anal last days and as yday it started burning and being pretty uncomfortable, I checked it in the mirror and saw some kind of buttons/iritations in perineum. Looks more like some kind of inflamation, but image I go********t totally panic that it could be warts. I go regularly to the gynecologist and have one sexual partner. anyone opinios?? I go to check it next week but pretty impatient to know what it is.

The photo is not really conclusive, but I see the bumps that you’re talking about and I wouldn’t exclude the possibility of warts. Get them swabbed.
Rather than warts, I would say that looks pretty inflamed. You should try clean the irritated area with clean lukewarm water to prevent further infection
did you find out what this was? i think i have something similar. I booked an appointment but its still a few weeks.
