I've only had (oral) sex with one guy so is it possible that those thingies down there are warts? I also have some itchy bumps on my vulva, but I'm assuming those could be related to my atopic dermatitis.

i dont believe hpv. It would very rare if you got hpv from only having oral sex, and only once.. It is hard to see clear if they are are individual growths or not. The fact that they are growing in a line and all look like finger like projections, is very suggestive of papilloma, which is common and normal.. However, itching should still be checked out.
