I do have some cramps/mild discomfort every now and then, and, some days I might have more gas than usual. I do feel some random headaches and discomfort in my gut. It sounds like worms or parasites but I dont feel any sort of itchiness around the anus and there are no visible worms on the anus itself or on my underwear. I've also had a few times where my stool was almost completely yellow oily liquid/mucus. The pictures show what I suspect might be some sort of worms? or is it just some food? Note that I dont always see those things
