What you need to do is totally separate out the sexual activity that took place and the discolouration that you see on the tip of your penis.
The issue you had following the sexual activity, that is, the urinary tract infection has been resolved with the treatment you were give,
The discolouration is a completely different thing as this would have taken YEARS to develop as you see now - only, you had not noticed it before.
Check this with any Urologist …
@Wee_Dugie is this discolouration harmful for me ? can discolouration increase the chances of urinary tract infection occuring again ? thankyou for replying.
I think what you need to ask is how this skin has become discoloured in the way that it has: for example, have you always washed your penis after urinating?
With what do you clean your penis: soap, shower gel, is there exposure to other forms of body wash, such as when you shower? - and so on.
Essentially, you have two issues going on with the discoloured skin i.) a pigmentation change has taken place, this can be largely described as a natural process
ii,) the discoloured skin looks very unhealthy - the most common causes of that are either the skin itself never being washed, or, when it is washed what has been used has dramatically removed the natural hydration of the skin
There are other potential things that could be going on but you would need to check those with a Urologist or a Dermatologist, or potential both of these medical professionals.
Therefore, it is NOT the discolouration itself, I would suggest that is the issues - or in answering your question - the discolouration itself is not a risk factor in a potential UTI, it is what else that is taking place, or is regularly occurring that is the risk factor.
One example of this could be that you are not washing your penis after urinating - this would be a risk factor - however, I have no detail of this as you have not explained whether you have a penile hygiene regime or not …
