Is it normal for it to be a little bumpy around it? Or is it usually smooth? I recently noticed on me its bumpy and some or the small bumps feel a little hard/rough. It might have been like that for a long time , but like i said i recently noticed it, after feeling a bit sore after using sanitary pads for my period.
