arm weakness from holding baby

Hi just wana know if anyone ever has gotten arm weakness from holding baby all the time or neck weakness even.. Can that cause it xx

Hi  my daughter in law had a bad shoulder & my sister got a bad back from holding the baby & carrying the car seat.  If you go to the doctor he will refer you for physio & they can give you some exercises to do.   Hope you feel better soon x

Hi, Rachel yep I got it to, with my eldest son. I breast fed him for 10 months" I started to get pain quite bad in right arm & shoulder ( & unfortunately I have still got it. )  when I held him for long periods I guess because I breast fed him. Think the doctor called it tennis elbow ( which is silly as I don't play tennis!!!!!!!!.)  and then went on to have 2 more children but I didn't get it so bad as they were bottle fed. My son is now 16&1/2. No the doctor didn't do anything think I was just given cream!.maybe now doctors give help & more advice better go &see your doctor. Good luck and just enjoy being with your baby the years really do by quickly.
