Ok has anyone gotten this feeling both of my upper arms feels tight losing feeling, I do have tension in my neck not sure if it's from that or anxiety some how? Trying not to freak
Its classic anxiety sadly. Its horrible. It will wear off.

I have exactly the same thing. Had it for weeks now on and off, my arm can feel really heavy and tight, then of course I start worrying and make it worse. It does wear off but can come back. It's so annoying, is this what it's like for you??
Yes exactly like that but also feels like a numb burning sensation with it
