I was told last week that I have soft tissue arthritis. I started taking cod liver oil capsules but I've had to stop them as they are making me dizzy, something to do with the high levels of vitamins A and D 
What is 'soft tissue artheritis? Cod liver Oil, high levels of vitamins A and D , Dizzy - who joined the dots on this ?
Soft tissue arthritis is the cartalidge (can't spell that word) wearing away. Too much vitamin A and D can have side effects, such as dizziness Jessie.
forgot to say I have been taking the high strength ones, maybe should go on a lower dose.

I feel that you have to look very closely into your diet as I have done for a different reason. I read a book called ' The Inflammation Syndrome' by Jack Challem and it did open my eyes !!! It has all to do with inflammation and it explains the relationship between the Omega fatty acids, what they do in your body and what you can do to help yourself get healthy !!! So please read it and I am sure you can solve your health problems.
