Hi i think i have ascites my tummy is fat and heavy around the rib area, also my lower tummy has developed an apron. I’m wondering can anyone advise on self help remedies?
You should visit your GP to go onto Dieuretics. If those don’t work then you should have to attend your Local hospital for a procedure called Paracentesis. This is a drain placed in your abdomen to drain off the Ascetic fluid. Your GP may have to refer you to a Consultant for Secondary Care for your Liver Disease with this.
Are there any herbs or natural diuretics do you know?
