I am 27, been circumcised since i was a little kid. No penis issues growing up, besides having an ugly scar underneath my penis.
Recently i saw that the circle ring area around my penis was becoming spotty and these tiny spots follow the penis ring 360 degrees around my shaft
I am sexually active but my most recent STD came back all negative.
Can anyone please tell me what this could be?
These are most likely naturally occurring, with the majority of them being Fordyce Spots, you may have a few different types dotted around the same area - they are all naturally occurring and harmless.
They may become more prominent and you may get more of them that become viable - when you get to around 36 YOA that is usually what your penis will look like for the remainder of your adult life.
For some men things like Fordyce spots can fade and become much less noticeable in time
