I noticed a single lump on my penis shaft. This appeared out of nowhere and i have never had anything like this before.
The lump is skin coloured.
It doesnt itch.
It feels rock hard and doesnt seem like its going away by itself anytime soon.
I have had this for about 2 months now. i am getting slightly worried.
I am 27, sexually active, my recent urine and blood tests came back negative for basic sexual health checks such as HIV, chlamidya etc
Can someone please tell me what this lump could be?

This is most likely one of the Fordyce Spots that I was talking about has become damaged, this is most likely due to you scratching or picking at it and the surrounding underlying skin has become swollen and remained like that.
It could also be a skin imperfection that exist across the human body, whichever it is it may fade in time as long as it is not irritated any further
