I was put into the ESA support group 3 weeks ago, can i still request that ESA Assesment report' and would it be wise to do so.Any help or site address where it states the offical rights i have regards getting the 'E50 Assesment report' would be of help, thanks

Hi there I managed to get a copy of my PIPS assessment report by ringing them up and asking for it. I am going to appeal their descision as clearly a load of mistKes were made. I am furious that someone that incompetent came into my house and did this to me. Originally I was awarded it on the enhanced rate for two years back in Maylast year.

As Poll said just phone them up and ask for a report. I can't see any risks in doing so as the decision has already been made.
