I started on the tablets 13th April and lost 2 stone by 3rd week of July (Week 14) and have lost another half stone during the summer holidays which I had off work as I work at a school. The summer holiday was tough as there was no routine, it was hard managing my time, remembering to take regular meal breaks when cleaning, decluttering and decorating, nevermind celebrating my birthday, a wedding parties ,eating out and about with that don't know i'm taking the tablets..... Anyway went back to work on Wednesday and at least 6 people have commented how much weight I've lost! Just goes to show that when people see you almost everyday they don't notice - not that I'm doing it for anybody else I'm doing it for me and my health so I'll carry on having the occasional meal off and being good the rest of the time because I want to double that weight loss if I can Sooooo... I'll keep plodding on :D
