I have these for about a month now, it started like a small redness with a line my first thought was like a foreskin got tear apart then after a week i thought its all gone but every time i got a boner or after engage in sex the redness becomes bigger with a line like the skin got tear ..i just want to know if its infection or something do about my foreskin got over stress stretch when it got boner i engage in sex without protection in one partner only..

Probably just excessive exertion (or rough) might go down in a few days, unless then 
it’s not.. and something like nerves rupture or something with vessels! but yeahh then we’d need better and clearer pictures like Kev mentioned!
(also since you mention, it happens everytime that you get a boner or engage in sex, 1. could be that you go too rough on it? try using a lube, and protection too, see if it changes. 2. maybe it could be something to do with foreskin or the frenulum, maybe a breve? but yeahh..! clearer and at least 2-3 pics from different angles would help a bit more)

Thank you for your reply, i really appreciate it..i try using sex protection like condom it seems it doesnt hurt anymore but the redness is still there with a line like crack..if its nerves rupture does it heal ?
if it’s not something too excessive, it’ll generally start going down on it’s own, maybe try dopamine detox for sometime lol! (just a suggestion!) (basically meaning stop trying to make your guy happy for a few days or at least a week!) or if you have a partner or some, maybe try just doin the up-stuff (roleplay and else, maybe dry humping idk, lol your choice 
) and yeahh soo..?! like if you’re not going to an expert.. a urologist, a dermatologist, someone? anyone then there’s only things we can check by trial and error! but i’ll still say just according to the pictures provided? it doesn’t seem anything much serious it’s maybe just exhaustion that you’re going too much or too rough! so stopping for a few days, while taking care (keeping it clean, massage with cold things near the area, and sometimes warm soaks!) might help with the situation, but i’ll say cuz i have to.. if it doesn’t go down, or doesn’t seem to be doing anything much and you’re still concerned, go see a doctor we all here are definitely not academically qualified to identify something deep!
