I am currently taking 1.33mg of Ativan daily.
1st dose: 0.34mg Ativan
2nd dose: 0.34mg Ativan
3rd dose: 0.33mg Ativan
4th dose: 0.32mg Ativan
Total Ativan = 1.33mg
My crossover schedule was going to be like this:
Week 1 1st dose: 0.34mg Ativan
2nd dose: 0.34mg Ativan
3rd dose: 0.33mg Ativan
4th dose: 3.00 Valium
Week 2 1st dose: 0.34mg Ativan
2nd dose: 0.34mg Ativan
3rd dose: 3.00 Valium
4th dose: 3.00 Valium
Week 3 1st dose: 0.34mg Ativan
2nd dose: 3.00 Valium
3rd dose: 3.00 Valium
4th dose: 3.00 Valium
Week 4 1st dose: 3.00 Valium
2nd dose: 3.00 Valium
3rd dose: 3.00 Valium
4th dose: 3.00 Valium
This would take me a total dose of 12mg valium daily. What do you think of the equivalency? I would then hold and stabilize. Did anyone find the valium makes them feel the way ativan did when they first started taking ativan?
