Had gall bladder removed over a month ago but still have pain with IBS which seems to have created this. Have panic attacks over this. Anyone had similar experience.
what was your primary symptoms for removing gallbladder and it is for stones or less functioning ? do you have the same type of pain before and after gb surgery ?
It's early days still. Have they given you pain relief? If I remember correctly they gave me buscopan too as it sometimes takes a while for all the air they put in for keyhole surgery to make its way out and it takes time for the digestive system to get use to having no gallbladder.
Give it about 6 weeks then go back to gp
