I have managed to train my bladder to hold more and send signals that i need void later. I have chronic prostititis and it is awful. At one point my average void was between 75-125mls. At the moment it is between 235-400mls. Sometimes i worry that when i go 400mls im damaging my bladder by holding way too much. is this the case or an I being too paranoid. This condition has completely changed me and i dont know whats normal anymore. Thanks.

Can I ask why you had to use a catheter as it all depends on what caused the frequency
i used foley catheter for almost one year due to urinary retention from BPH
i got five different treatment options
i delayed
finally did green light laser but catheter use affected my bladder
