AVN of Right hip age 59

I had a total hip replacement right side in October 2016 for a AVN, it is now February 2018 I am experiencing severe pain in my right thigh and in my groin area when I bend over. Sitting for over 20 minutes causes pain. I work on my feet 8 hours a day which is better than a sit down job. I have been to orthopedic surgeons pain doctors arthritic doctors and general practitioners. I have been given pain pills nothing seems to work I went for physical therapy they said I could massage the muscle that was about it.One doctor did want to re-open the hip area to see what was going on. NO ONE seems to have an answer for me except “you will have to live with it.” My current medications include 2 ALEVE and 2 Extra strengh Arthritis tylenol 3x a day along with OXY and PERCOCET as needed. . I have had MRI, bone scans, CT and exrays. I have read about ILLIOPSIS muscle or tendon issues, could this be it? No DR has addressed this possibility. THANK YOU! I appreciate any help you can give. I live in Western Massachusetts

I also have AVN (both hips, both shoulders), I have found the best help, advice etc from a couple of AVN groups on Facebook if you use it? I’m in the UK but most of the members are from the States.
