Baby Steps

We are all unique in having the same illness, with different symptoms..Depression and anxiety do not show up on medical tests, and we wear the mask of happiness on our faces, but no one knows the hell that we go through from day to day.

Let's all try taking baby steps and get out once a day and take deep breaths of fresh air...go someplace we feel safe, where you don't have to see a lot of people...It should get better and better as we go on and face this illness...Love you all....Hugs for a better life...

I often used to say that I felt I was just acting my life. Hopefully now I am getting better I am really being more of my essential self and not hiding behind a mask. M

I think the with depression you don't isolated your self from peaple can be a problem when you by ourself and no one can healp thes is from my experience
