Hi, 40 by sept. I have had all the peri meno symptoms which have come down at least I can manage each one that comes..thank God for this great forum has really helped me a lot and my kisses
to you all. Now I had a back ache few days but is mild now, body pain plus feeling hot/cold inside my body. Please are they still part of peri meno symptoms? God will continue to help us to overcome this awful feelings.
Hi hot and cold is my name it's all hormones doing this to us, as soon as I turn the fan on then turn cold afterwards just can't win..I don't get the back ache but other symptoms like off balance other ones comes and goes maybe other disappear with time,I hope you feel better soon.
Hot and cold is classic.. one min im sat sweating and 5 mins later im wrapped in a huge throw and cant get warm. As for the back ache.. Big time.. started with knee and hip pain.. that was on and off for 6 months now its moved into my back and ribs, also getting pain in my arms and shoulders too.. and the classic neck pain. seems to travel around the body .. its all a bit nuts
littleme1969 I'm also getting the pain in shoulders and neck. Some days are better than others. I have found that adding tumeric(it's an anti-inflammatory) to my food has helped me about 50 percent. Do some research on tumeric, it's considered one of the "super foods" and also helps anxiety.
HI.. thanks for that will look it up and give it a go.. dont like talking pain meds so anything that helps at this stage is great x
Hi mercy
Definitely back pain is a peri problem even though my dr tells me at 44 I'm too young and wouldn't have any thing to do with it. 7 months out of work with it as I have a heavy enough job. I've had terrible anxiety but cut out sugar out of diet .improved it so much. Terrible migraines omg. Had cat scan and all good. Know my hips knees wrist elbows. Ankles . Any joint you name it. Could do with wd 40 or something. And yet my DR refuses to do blood test.
The think the know it all.
