hi does anyone suffer bad back pain in mid back region and intermittant headaches with acid reflux the back pain is far more severe than the headaches.
Yes I do Kate! If my acid is bad through the day I end up with a headache…and its more distinctive then other headaches…and yes my back in the middle hurts too…but that is on the bad days

I used to use Prilosec…BUT…key is to change stuff in your diet
Basically CRAP food
Also if you are getting a lot of acid at night…buy a GERD pillow…you need to sleep a bit elevated
