Is it normal to have severe back and neck pain after a night of drinking? Every time I've had more than one drink the next morning I wake up with terrible lower back pain and the sides of my neck will hurt so bad I can barely turn my neck.
I’m sorry you are having neck & back pain. My question is have you tried not drinking & seeing if you wake up not hurting?
If I have more than a couple of drinks the base of my skull hurts the next day. It feels like it's bruised, like someone wacked me in the back of the head.
I'm just wondering if when you drink a few if that affects your sleep posture. And because of the alcohol you don't wake up when your neck is in an uncomfortable and painful position. And this is why you wake up with these pains.
