I was on 50mg of setraline for about 1 month then went on to 100mg started to feel better not worried no panic then out of the blue I find out my best friend has terminal cancer a relative has a few months to live as they have a tumour and I got a pain under my rib on the right side I've had it before I've been for an ultra scan said everything is fine but I am worrying like mad that I have cancer I'm now worried feel like I'm going mad having little panics most of the time I feel like I'm never gonna be free of worry and panic just wish there was answers
Sorry to hear this. It is a normal reaction to fear the worst after losing someone in this way.
These feelings of anxiety will ease off be assured of that. Take care.x
