Have just got back from the wedding and have been catching up with all your goss.
Just to say a quick hello and welcome to all newbies
Anyway - the wedding- it was great my friends looked so happy and I am really thrilled for them
Acting on your advice I left the bluies at home and relaxed.
No problems at all except to say I didn't realise I could drink so much wine in 2 days!!!!!! :? :!:
The dancing must have worked though as I got on the scales (I know Skye I should bin them) and they say I have stayed the same weight :lol:
I fully intend to make the most of this so I am having a cheeky curry :twisted: for dinner and then back on the bluies , the train, and low fat tomorrow

Thanks for the welcome :lol: Glad you had a good time at your friends wedding a blow out every now and then is good for the soul :lol: and you never know, might just give your body a wee push into letting go of some extra weight next week
lol at you on the scales, I have dug mine out of the cupboard and am going mental trying to get batteries to fit!! They are like huge watch batteries! I bought the scales about a year ago as they measured your body fat as well but was totally mortified when they all but shouted 'get off ya fat get!' and refused to work......a quick check of the instructions advised that if your body fat was over 50% then they wouldn't work :oops:!!!! Shoved them in the back of the cupboard and forgot all about them til Skye asked me to get them out.......so dont let her kid you, she's a desperate as the rest of us :wink:

I saw her scales tucked away in the depths of the bathroom.........covered in stour.... :lol: :lol:
BUT, I will confess to something I done the other day when I was in a students house. I went for a \"wee\", saw their scales and thought, och I `ll see if Ive lost anything........and low and behold, when I stepped on them....they said.........HELLOOOOOOO!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: That was enough for me, I wasn`t taking the risk of them shouting out what weight I was....no chance... :D
