Please someone help.... Out of no where my left side kind of middle back hurts... Especially when I breath in!! Im freaking out on what to do!! I did lay wrong for a few minutes...... Not sure if thats it... And also obsessing over a possible blood infection!!!! Not sure if I need to go to the ER!!! Please help
I get sharp pains in my shoulder blade and middle back sometimes. It hurts when I breathe in, but I just keep taking slow breaths through the pain and it eventually passes
