Back of Knee Pain Anyone?

I was wondering if anyone else suffers from pain behind the knees? I don't have baker cysts before anyone suggests that! lol - The back of my thighs right above the knees kinda ache as well but mostsly behind the knees. Anyone?

Have just been on the phone to my Sister - a fellow Fibro sufferer - and she has been complaining about pain in her knees. She also gets pain behind them, and by 3pm each day, her feet swell and her ankles. She has a great deal of trouble with her knees, all over.

Yes I get that too, behind and infront. Very painful..

Mine is worse when out in the cold or if going through a bad time.  When I'm having a fairly good time my knees are fine it's weird.  When I'm out walking around I also get a clicking at the to of my leg,  I don't have to walk far before it kicks in and it's very uncomfortable. X

Thaks for everyone who replied. It's just a strange place to get pain & was wondering if if was common with Fibro or not...
