been on sertraline for 3 years maybe slightly more . over the years ive been great the drugs worked wonders but June was terrible i was down for about 6 weeks, negative thoughts , crying and anxiety. i was having some marital problems which sparked it all. a trip to the docs and im now on 200g. im back to myself again now but it was scary being back in that place really scary. ive never been suicidal, but the thoughts i torrure myself with are unreal. if teally like to understand why my mind does this self sabotaging! so heres to the 200mg and long may this dose keep my sane! x

im all good thanks, i have found i have these episodes one a year or something, i suppose with all the drugs in the world its only natural to get down sometimes.
