Anyone had back pain that feels like labor contractions? It feels like a tightening along with the pain, it's all over not just the lower back. Even after having a bm move it would start doing this...Im not on my period but this is the week I would have had a period but haven't since May. It's been torture this week.

Yes. Lower back pain all the time and my menstrual pain feels like labor. I never had bad pms until now. So painful I have to lay on a heating pad.

Brittay does your lower back aches when laying against it? Mine mainly if im sitting or laying against it ..it tightens up.
Yes, it does but also when walking at times. Very stiff and hurts in the morning when I wake
