Back Pain from Liver

I was wondering if it is possible to have a lot of back pain (particularly right sided back pain in the mid back area) from a liver issue?

Yes, problems with the liver can cause pain in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen, both front and back.

Get checked out for gallstones or gallbladder issues also.

I have it quite frequently. sometimes it radiates from the front, right to the back and other times it feels like something is trying to push out from under my ribs.
