Back pain that keeps getting worse

Alright so for the past few days I had started getting this back pain on the left side of my back where the edge of the shoulderblade is. It was nothing that bothered me too much until yesterday. I have been diagnosed with symatic symptom disorder and GAD so Idk whether to think it's just me overreacting or what. So yesterday I was just having my normal day to day stuff until around about 6 pm I started to notice this annoying back pain that kept getting worse as the night went on. Eventually not only was there pain but then I started to get tired and have weak feelings. Then I got shakiness in my chest and a very scary numb feeling, like as if my nerves just gave up on me. I eventually slept with the bad back pain still there. It's now the next morning and my body feels numb, I'm extremely tired, when I sit or stand my breathing gets bad, and I have a tender feeling in my heart area, and when I inhale/exhale i have a weird vibration feeling in my chest. I need to know this is not some sort of disease or injury that's killing me because that is what feels like. I have slept on the floor for 3 nights due to moving to a new room and needing to get a new bed although last night I was on a recliner which shouldn't cause any problems. Could the shoulder be reacting just now to me sleeping on the floor, or maybe something else? My anxiety is really bad over this back pain that feels like it's slowly killing me. I've had numbness in my body before from anxiety but nothing this bad where my entire body just feels numb. I just keep hoping and praying it's nothing bad and just a reaction to me sleeping on the floor for a few nights and my back will heal in a few days but my anxiety won't believe that no matter how much I think it is. I just need some clarity and help right now sad

Posture and if sleeping on the floor will not help, especially if you are used to sleeping in a nice firm/soft bed

I would think as soon as you get sleeping on a bed once more you should feel a grat deal better

Why don't you go see your doctor or chiropractor. Ask the pain what it's trying to tell you. It may be from an old wound. You are OK and going to be OK. Look into acupuncture too. Hope you feel better.
