I had this back pain now for 6 months now after fall i had in December and still in great deal of pain but no one listening i have been having Physio for number months which is fine but i'm in agony had MRI which came back clear after an x-ray showed a hair line fracture but now on load painkillers that make feel sick i have constant a dull ache in my back and in my bum and radiates right to my ankle which now i have a weak bladder now i have been doing these exercise but getting nowhere fast i don't know what to do next i'm on nerve tablets which are supposed to knock me out but still getting up in the middle night just turn over in bed .can someone give me advice.The Physio think i'm thinking too much about pain and i might depression which bit rich because i bound to be depressed because the pain is quite real he wants to send to back people to learn about i know bit the back it hurts i know sound ungrateful.but not glad the help just sick being in pain.
