Hi I was wondering if anybody could help me. I'm sorry the image isn't very clear. Can anybody see anything wrong with the left sided facet joint.

We are not doctors nor are we radiologists. If you do not believe what the radiologist saw or didn’t see in this image then ask another radiologist to examine it. You need to advocate for yourself. BTW I’ve had this happen to me too. A radiologist did not see a fractured rib and the ER doctor saw it. And then another radiologist also mentioned it on her report.
