I can't stand Prozac and just took 1 pill 2 days ago and yesterday went back on Paxil 10mg and was very happy!!! 
At least it helps me but not like before
I'm ready to go on 20mg but under the supervision of my old gp which I can see after 2 weeks approx
What should I do
I m very scared

Any advice as I really want to feel the full benefits of Paxil
Recently I m being diagnosed with ibs and retinal problems and my eyes make me more anxious as I m.seeimg more flashes than before

Keep to what has been advised, then make an appointment with your GP
Medications effect people in different ways, what is good for one may be problematic to others. It is important you do not mix and match etc, sometimes if you take other medications you may have problems especially if you do not talk to your GP.

I have been on Paxil for over 25 years. Was on 20 mg/day for most of that time, but my Psychiatrist increased it to 30 mg/day because I'm going through a stressful period right now and the lower dosage wasn't working as well anymore. When I get past this stressful period, I will probably reduce my disage back to 20 mg/day. I have no experience with Prozac, but it's an old drug and there are probably better medications out there now.
