I am now 12 weeks post op back to work tomorrow for 1 day then got a weeks holiday was already booked prior to surgery so tomorrow will be a tester to how I am going to get on when back from holiday

Cool, 1 day back and then a week off.

It will be more of a chat and catch up rather than a test.

You're probably right lol taking my dad to Hastings just hope weather is ok

I know its only 1 day but dont over do it thinking al is good as i did! I went back to work 3 wks ago and my leg and foot keep swelling and are very painful. Pace yourself and on your hols! Enjoy the break. The healing for me anyway is longer than i imagined. Its my day off today and im taking it extra easy! Lol good luck you wil be fine

Hi Sharon, just take care tomorrow, I was suppossed to be going back on Mon coming but when at dr's yesterday she said no as knee is stiil stiff and wsells. She was not happy with outer side and feels there is a lot of inflammation---sent me for blood tests and I have to seee her again in two weeks, ease of the exercises, physio and walking a bit too. I'm 13 weeks post op and getting quite frustrated how long the healing is taking.

Thanks sue I will have told them I am not lifting anything heavy. Had my first knee done 15 months ago that is great now hope this one is the same. It is frustrating hope they get it sorted soon in the meanwhile do as they say take care x
