I smelt fishy down there for awhile I went to the doctor they gave me a prescription with metronidazole after that dose it wen't away but it's coming back am I going to have to get another prescription? If that don't work am I going to be stuck like this forever and have to keep taking those pills? Please help this smell is driving me crazy!

Try a vaginal suppository to rebalance your pH down there, as BV is caused when this becomes imbalanced. Naturally, the vagina is acidic. Take women's oral probiotics as well and see if these more natural approaches help, whether you still need to take another round of meds or not.
