I tried all of the anitbiotics pills, acidophilis by mouth, metronidazole, Vitamin C with Rose Hip tablet inserted inside my vagina, etc. Nothing worked for me. I was so frustrated and thought to myself, what can I do clean myself out and get the probiotics straight to my vagina immediately? The itching and discharge was driving me insane! So I went out and purchased Masengil vinegar and water douche solution (sold in pack of 4 disposable bottles). I know we are told by our Dr's and Gyno's that douching is bad for you, and I would normally agree, but in this case we need to get the bad discharge out right away!!!! Make sure you gently work the douce bottle in & out to get all discharge out. Then I took a Ultra Flora tablet, twisted it apart in a small cup of water stirred to disolve the acidophilis, I poured the solution into the rinsed out douche bottle that I had previously used, and douched a 2nd time with the Ultra Flora solution to get the acidophilus directly in there to balance everything out. The left over solution that wouldn't that I couldn't get out of the bottle due to the angle, I turned it upside down and used it to rinse off my labia. I was in shock that I experienced immediate relief! I was able to sleep through the night without being awakened by being itchy, the odor and discharge is gone by morning! I repeated the routine for 3 days to be on the safe side, and continued to take the Ultra Flora by mouth too. I really hope this helps you ladies out there!!!! I totally agree with what you said, the bad discharge needs to come out asap, i did similiar with H202 ( hydrogen peroxide ) douch with a douch bottle, some coutries sell similar type vinegar douches for women in supermarkets i noticed. So its not a bad thing my personal opinion either.

Yes, that was the #1 trigger for me as well. I've had relief for 5 months. Like I said I was shocked that I was able to get instant relief. To maintain I take the Ultra Flora pill by mouth daily, drink lots of water. I keep the Ph balanced by douching with the probiotic douche mixture after my cycle & every two weeks. Those two items have been a life saver. NO DISCHARGE, NO ODOR, NO DISCOMFORT. I plan on sharing with my Dr. The next time I go in for my annual gyno exam. It's worth a try. I also sometimes do the probiotic douch after intercourse, but not every time. Everyone reacts differently to semen, if you're extra sensitive, I would just take the extra step as a precaution.

Hi Ladies I didn't want to have to keep inserting things and taking tablets so I found a natural remedy... Green tea and raw honey. I I drink about 3 to 4 cups a day and it has gotten rid of be and kept it away. All praise be to God.

Boil the kettle and soak a tablespoon of the green leaves in a cup of hot water for about 3-5 mins then add a tablespoon of raw honey. Within 2 days it was gone and has not come back plus drinking green tea has some great benefits and so does the honey. In the Holy Quraan God Almighty mentions honey is a healing for mankind and it definitely is. The supermarket honey is usually pasteurised so get some raw honey from a health shop.
Vitamin c inserted?? If so how many days and did you get a almost clumpy discharge the morning after? Almost as if the pill in a mushy form?
