3) emily, being positive by reminding youself you WILL get better.

5) Lelly, you have identified you \"need a break\", easy peazy, take one and sod work !!!

a good cognitive therapy 'trick' is to (if necessary :wink: ) make a list and write down in large capital letters the progress and positive things that have/are happening to you, stick the list where you will see it first thing in the morning, bedside cabinet, bathroom cabinet etc etc, in your case Lelly, the fridge door lol :shock: :wink: :mrgreen: as soon as you wake, read it and digest it, do it enough times and being POSITIVE becomes a 'fixed mindset', trust me it actually works :ok: :rainbow:
