Hello Ladies, hope you are all well! I have bad headache after my period and my face feels hot but no fever and I feel like I am having flu or something... with heavy head and very weak... pressure in eyes and head feels heavy, sleepy and out of energy.. is this normal? I had headaches before period or during but this month is right after my last day of period. please share if anyone had same experience! Thanks a lot!

I am having headaches more and more as I head closer into menopause . Well, I hope i am getting closer at 52. A couple of periods ago the period ended but the headache stayed daily for a week after! I was stable with horrible symptoms for a few years but now I think my hormones are going into another phase with even more intense symptoms . This past week I had vertigo and still trying to recover from it. I pray that is not going to be a new thing. every phase of this perimeno I think it cant get worse and it does. Now I am in PMS all month Cramps all the time, all day, all month. Periods dont bring any relief anymore. Hang in there. We need each other to get to the other side.
