Bad insomnia

I've had insomnia for many years and I take 2 antidepressants (prisitiq and wellbutrin) for generalized anxiety (which is well under control).

 I had been taking trazodone (75-150 mg) but decided to try sleep supplements like melatonin and valerian and things that contain hops, ginger and 5-HTP.

 I find that these really dehydrate me.  What are some of you other folks doing for insomnia? Thanks much.

I am using olanzapine 5 mg for sleep.

Also using pacitane 2 mg for not to get any side effects from olanzapine.

Trazodone is extremely dehydrating. Any other med might be too.
