i have had stomach ache quite low down for the last few days. I am taking 1000mg of Maca Root and have been for 2 weeks. Could this be related? Any advice would be great, not sure what it is, not UTI as no other typical symptoms. Bowels ok,

I take maca capsules.. 5.1 ( 2500mg)

Never gave me tum ache that i remember,

are you due a period, could it be that maybe,

I am due on in about a week. Do you think 1000mg is enough or should I take 2500mg.

Bet you come on early and its just pre period cramps.

I would say 1000mg is just fine, i take stronger as i am post meno.

In peri i did start with 800mg tabs but did take two ( 1600mg)

I take rainforest food maca 5.1 now equiv to 2500mg

I wud stick to what your taking for now, as its new to you at the moment, maybe incease in a few weeks ' but its up to you really ' 😊
