Did you have the Posterior or Anterior approach. If it was Posterior then I guess sitting on the scar might become uncomfortable. One of the advantages of an Anterior might be that the scar is on the side, out of the way and out of trouble. That thought might be useful for members who are still awaiting their THR. Can anybody add comment.
Hi Cazy, I am just about 12 weeks now and whilst in the main my scar is now ok it is sometimes a little sore if I sit wrong. At 9 weeks I think it did still feel like a bag of spanners if sitting wrongly. It does take time but it will improve.
