Woke up this morning and found some red spots and marks on my penis. I’ve a few tiny spots on penis head, not near the urethra though. Then another spot or blotchy looking mark under the foreskin on shaft, which kind of looks like broken skin. Few small red marks on shaft, but could also be me seeing things that were always there.
Only sexual contact in last month has been oral 3 weeks ago, and protected sex one month ago so doubting if it could be herpes etc. I have had foreskin retraction problems in the past, it is quite tight and seen a good few relevant pictures and discussions mentioning Balanitis.
