So ive had this red spot toward the bottom of the meatus for about a week, week and a half now. ive been applying topical cream. it doesnt hurt, no itching, no painful urination, no blistering up. i recently had Balanitis in january but it went away, just didnt know if this was it coming back or something else. i do work in the heat all day so im sweating alot. any ideas???! i havent had sex since last november
Any resolution to this? Having a similar issue.
