Hi, I'm 30 years old and a week ago I noticed something very odd with the foreskin of my penis. I noticed that foreskin was really rough looking and it looked irritated with small red bumps when erected. The best way i could describe it looked is a poison ivy rash with no itch, no smell, no discomfort, and no other unknown liquid discharge. I never encounter this issue before so i was deeply concern, I visited a clinic shorty after and the physician was unsure at first until I brought up "balanitis" and he claimed it was mild balanitis and prescribed Clotrimazole 1% cream and 2 Fluconazole 200 mg tablets with no STI testing. At this point I'm a little unsure of the initial diagnosis of the physical and would like a second opinion with the photos provided. I also have noticed my p**s was a little cloudy occasionally before this issue occurred. I do plan to schedule annual STI testing to see if is an STI. This puts a real hold on my life and would like to get pass this so any feed back or knowledge would be appreciated.

I’m sexually active and my hygiene is good i take showers and wear clean clothes everyday. I have been taking the medication everyday using coconut oil for the last few days and has been clearing up.
