I've had balanitis and thrush in the past which I've treated with oral antifungals and corticosteroid/antifungal creams.
I had sex twice in the last 1 weeks. Male with female
1 time sex(unprotected, but partner has clear STI tests about 4 months old). All good and no symptoms. 4 days ago
1 time oral sex(unprotected, different partner, claimed to be fully STI screened every 3 months). 1 day ago. I started seeing these red bumps on my penis hours after:
Painless
Do not smell
Do not seem scabby, at least not now
No Discharge either
Scrotum was a bit red too but that was gone within a day
In several places(penis head mostly )
Is this a more intense bout of thrush or balanitis? Or do I need to get an STI test?
This pics were taken after 1.5 days of treatment. Could this treatment mask what could be another STD?
