Hi Guys was wondering what everything thinks of this? It's not painful. I am sexually active but do not recieve oral sex? I also do have tight foreskin so im not sure if thats contributing to it?
Hey buddy it looks like you may have balanitis but it’s not very progressed. The tight foreskin would only be an issue if you couldn’t retract your foreskin to wash. Washing you should never use soap. You can fix a tight foreskin by masterbating more or using bathroom breaks to put two fingers(clean) into your foreskin and pulling away from each other. You should feel pressure but no pain. If you do that every day several times a day it will stretch and you will no longer have a tight foreskin. As for the infection just wash 2x a day without soap as it can cause balanitis.
Make sure you dry him off before placing your foreskin in the same place. If it gets worse go see a doctor and be out on oral antibiotics or a cream
