Balanitis

I’m 28 and I had this for at least the last 10 years and recently it has been going worse, I when to the doctor before but I was never diagnosed with balanitis, but at least to me, now that it has become so bad, it really looks that that’s what it is. The problem I find is that I have to wait till November to be able to have an insurance, I was hoping that someone could recommend me something to delay the advance of the issue till then, and if you have any suggestions on what type of balanitis it is, it would be very helpful as well, I know is not candidiasis, also during years I been doing it without condoms with only one person and she is fine, so it shouldn’t be anything sexually transmited. Thanks in advance, this has me very worried.

Although the photos are not clear, my best suggestion would be for you to see a Dermatologist when you can
I would not recommend applying anything to this as that may make the situation worse …

Thanks for your advice, someone told me to apply anti-fungal cream and the situation become much worst in a matter of only two days (Clotrimazole).

This is the problem when you are not aware of what has caused this in the first place.
As I say, until you are able to see a specialist about this I would apply absolutely nothing to this - by doing this you are helping your skin to return back to its natural state - what you have is a specific skin condition, this will need to be diagnosed correctly by a Dermatologist for example who can then prescribe the correct form of treatment.
The "applying nothing " includes soap and shower gel - wash with water only and very carefully pat dry the area to remove all moisture.
Be warned, if you have sex or masturbate, at all, this will further damage the skin as the condition is preventing the skin from healing itself …
